To get the city image, I read over the Photoshop tutorial provided by Lance McKnight and used the idea of city lights to create a basis for a look. I still haven't figured out exactly how to make anything that looks exactly like Coruscant, but decided that it would probably be best to create something loosely based off of it. Otherwise this game was pretty polished compared to Assassins Creed Unity. They are deal breakers and ruin the experience for me. Between the super dark shading bug and the image ghosting (not mentioned in this article) mentioned elsewhere on the internet that I experienced, these 2 bugs made me want to hold off on playing the game further until they are fixed.
